Who is responsible

This policy is written under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. If you visit from the European Union, the EU GDPR also applies to you.
What we collect
The contact form collects what you type into it: your name, email address, optionally your company, the service you are interested in, a budget range and your message. Submissions are delivered to our inbox by email and are not stored in any database.
The server that hosts this site keeps transient technical logs, including your IP address, for security purposes. These logs are kept briefly and are not used to identify visitors.

Why we use it and on what legal basis
Replying to your inquiry: we use the form data to answer you and, where relevant, to prepare a proposal. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to messages sent to us.
Keeping the site secure: technical logs help us detect abuse and keep the site running. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in security.
Analytics and marketing: used only if you consent through the banner. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Who receives your data
Your data reaches only the service providers needed to run the site and deliver your message — our email and hosting providers, acting as processors under contract. We never sell personal data and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes.
International transfers
The site and form data are hosted on servers in the European Union. Where a provider processes data outside the UK or the EU, we rely on recognised safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Inquiry emails are kept only as long as needed to handle your request and maintain reasonable business records, then deleted. Server logs are kept for a short period and then removed automatically.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data and to ask for rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or portability, to object to processing based on legitimate interest, and to withdraw any consent at any time without affecting prior processing.

You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO, ico.org.uk). If you are in the EU, you may instead contact your local supervisory authority — for example the AEPD in Spain, the CNIL in France or the BfDI in Germany.
